Negatives: The staff was not very friendly - it seemed like they were preoccupied and had somewhere else to be. No one ever acknowledged me, said hello or have a nice day when I walked by them at the front desk and when they did converse it was very short and quick.

Negatives: Beds were hard didn't like bare floors

Negatives: Breakfast wasn't served until 7. I'm a early riser and was told Breakfast was supposed to be served at 6.

Negatives: 1) The plug to the bathroom sink was down and unattached, so we had to use our fingers to get it out. It came all the way out with it not being attached and was covered with disgusting stuff and hair. We didn't put it back in due to us not having a way to get it back out. 2) The door handle to the bathroom door would come off if you tried to close it. 3) There was a constant drumming and vibrating in our room. It sounded like it was coming from something above us. 4) When we mentioned all of this to the front desk, their response was "Well we will be going through a total remodel". Not an apology or an offer to refund our room. 5) The young lady who checked us in on Friday, 3/8/24 was terrific and very personable.

Negatives: I think the reason it was so affordable, is because it was under construction. Nothing on Booking.com, or the hotels website indicate it was under construction. The pool was closed and that is one reason we chose this hotel was for the pool. They accidentally gave a room to someone else, and had to get the “manager” involved to find us a room that would fit her family. The “manager” may have dropped some cuss words in front of us during the process. Not us, but in front of us, but I’m entirely unprofessional. The lady checking us in originally was very nice and professional. Our room was clean, but they put us in the hallway with a lot of construction debris. This is a little thing, but the handle continually kept falling off our bathroom door.

Negatives: I booked the whirlpool room, when we showed up to check in they were doing construction on the whole bottom floor. They moved us into another room that was cleaned very poorly. The shower had tons of pubic hair in it, the fan looked as if it was going to fly off the ceiling, the “breakfast” was warm but nothing I’d write home about. Just sucks watching a place that was so warm and inviting turn into something I wouldn’t bring my kids to.

Negatives: It is under renovation

Negatives: There were live ants in the room and in the bathroom. That made us feel like the room was dirty. The front desk personnel came and sprayed bug spray which was nice, but there continued to be alive ants in the room.

Negatives: Loud. Doors slamming. Couldn’t turn the temperature down. Asked for a deposit when we got there but not when I booked.
