Positives:
The breakfast was tasty and I liked the variety. The location made it easily accessible to the things I was in town for. My suit was nicely layed out. I could tell that the property was in the process of being improved.
Negatives:
The room cood have been more thoroughly cleaned as I found a dirty shirt from the previous occupant on the desk chair. The wall by the dedk needs repair and the couch should be replaced. Lastly I was disappointed in the coffee.

The location worked well for our traveling needs. Our room was on the first floor.
Negatives:
The bathroom had a leak in the ceiling at some point. There was an approximately 1X2 foot area in the ceiling that was discolored with the plaster peeling off. Very poor lighting in the bathroom.

Everything was fine. My only complaint is the bathtub. There was a black ring of filth in the tub. It needs to be scrubbed with a different cleaner.
