Location is great! That's it.

Breakfast was basically non-existent. My kids who usually love hotel breakfast only ate a piece of toast.
Water was leaking from the wall behind the shower head.
I had bites on my wrist in the morning from either a spider or other bug.
I believe the bed was broken as well, it would sqeak on 1 side and sagged.

The room was absolutely dirty and gross. You could feel how sticky the carpet was with your shoes on! Our door wouldnt close all the way. We were in a non smoking room yet our bed sheet smelled like smoke and had burn holes in both sets. We ended up checking out in less than an hour and moving to a different hotel.

Hot drinks and water could have been in one location too separated. Single chair in bedroom poor taste- perhaps a comfortable seating one to relax in. Had to ask for hot water wasnt heated yet. Quality of towels need improving.

Very dirty Floors look like they hadn't been swept or mopped in quite a while The young lady at the front desk did what she could but Since I had gone through a third party she wasn't even able to get me a different room So That was on me But to be honest I didn't stay there I spent even more money to go and stay somewhere else.

Dirty. Rude staff, threatening to have me towed cause my handicap plaque fell on floor and I was not at hotel all day to have noticed! Threaten to charge me extra for my service dog! Rooms were outdated and nasty!
