Negatives: Second day, no one came into our room to clean or do anything or make the beds or vacuum. The rugs are empty the trashcan. We had no signs of the door telling them to stay out. I complained to the manager on duty or the staff member on duty they said they would have the Jennifer I think it was General Manager called me and do some kind of Talk to me regarding maybe a reduction in price. They list to say she never called me very disappointed.

Negatives: The attitude of the girl at the front desk was deplorable. Her name was phoenix and she treated my wife like a dog because we booked with a third party, which of course, is your company booking.com

Negatives: When we checked in we were assigned a room on the ground level, first floor where the window lock was busted. This is a safety and security concern. We asked the front desk worker if we can have a room change & they were able to accommodate that. However, the room they assigned us next on the third floor smelled like cigarettes. It is a non smoking room. We called the front desk and they knocked and welcomed themselves INTO the room without permission. And were trying to say it wasn’t the hotel’s/hotel staffs fault. It was uncomfortable and we wanted them out of the room so we just said it will have to do because all other rooms were booked out. No solution was made- and we had to use our own personal spray to help air out the room with the windows and air going. The room also had a lot of long hair strands on the chairs and bedding, plus some of the towels were very stained. That same night we got back around 10pm and there was an empty parking lot where there were multiple cars doing donuts and being extremely loud. Then, someone left their dog(s) unattended and they were barking from 11pm- about 1am. I called the front desk and they said the owners were on their way back.
