Quality Inn and Conference Center Greeley Downtown

Negatives: Breakfast was skimpy and water and additional juice choices would have been nice. The table and chairs were covered with dead bugs. We asked the staff to wipe them down and they did, but this should have been done prior to the start of breakfast.

Negatives: It was smelly, in the rooms, the hall and elevator. There was moths all in the room, the bathroom was rusted, and the entrance was covered in bugs!

Negatives: Corridor carpets were messy and seemed not to have been vacuumed. In the bedrooms, things were not maintained well. The door guard kept jamming from the inside & taps in the bathrooms were not working well

Negatives: The room was nasty... there was pubes in the shower and toilet the bath tub was broken and the sink didn't drain very well I went to a local store and bought cleaner and cleaned the whole room then it was clean and safe for my children to be in for 2 days!

Negatives: Room was extremely dirty. I paid for two nights, but I only stayed for one. I have not been refunded for the unspent night- I left because I could not comfortably sleep in such conditions.

Negatives: The pool was cold that's about all but maybe all pools are supposed to be cold I don't know much about that

Negatives: The shower did NOT work! The sink and toilet did; but toilet ran for a long time. We were in Greeley for our daughter’s graduation; and we were very disappointed that we could not shower. Especially on May 3rd (the day of her grad). I phoned down to the front desk, and the lady I spoke to said that the plumber was in the boiler room and she would ask him right away what was going on and phone back. She did not phone back. Very disappointing. When we checked in on May 2nd, they did tell us there was renovations happening on the first floor. However, our room was on the second floor.

Negatives: The rooms were SO dirty was had hair all over the shower, pee all over the toilets. The beds had little tiny bugs in them. We checked out immediately and they refused to refund me. The pool is supposed to be heated but was freezing.

Negatives: I didn't like how dirty the room was and I couldn't get no hot water . There was cobwebs all in the ceiling , there was food Crumbs all over the floor and there was a plastic fountain drink cup under the bed and this was all seen by me the first two minutes that I entered the room . They for sure need new housekeepers because it's plain too see they didn't clean my room prior to me checking it .

Negatives: Everything. The carpets were filthy, the room itself wasn't swept and the manager on duty was overwhelmed with duties that the understaffed employees didn't feel like doing. Was an overall horrible stay for the price of the room. Do not go here folks.
