The room was nasty... there was pubes in the shower and toilet the bath tub was broken and the sink didn't drain very well I went to a local store and bought cleaner and cleaned the whole room then it was clean and safe for my children to be in for 2 days!

Bed was comfortable. There were lots of pillows which I like.

The shower did NOT work! The sink and toilet did; but toilet ran for a long time.
We were in Greeley for our daughter’s graduation; and we were very disappointed that we could not shower. Especially on May 3rd (the day of her grad). I phoned down to the front desk, and the lady I spoke to said that the plumber was in the boiler room and she would ask him right away what was going on and phone back. She did not phone back. Very disappointing. When we checked in on May 2nd, they did tell us there was renovations happening on the first floor. However, our room was on the second floor.

The rooms were SO dirty was had hair all over the shower, pee all over the toilets. The beds had little tiny bugs in them. We checked out immediately and they refused to refund me. The pool is supposed to be heated but was freezing.

And the staff was very polite and helpful

I didn't like how dirty the room was and I couldn't get no hot water .
There was cobwebs all in the ceiling , there was food Crumbs all over the floor and there was a plastic fountain drink cup under the bed and this was all seen by me the first two minutes that I entered the room .
They for sure need new housekeepers because it's plain too see they didn't clean my room prior to me checking it .

Was given 2 different rooms and neither were clean. Both floors were obviously not swept and dirty towels were found in both closets. Front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and understanding. I'm sad to see a beautiful hotel go to crap.

No tv remote. Asked for 1 didn't work. Asked for a 2nd. That's was the last 1 they had... didn't work. We believe homeless are staying there, but no problems.
