Positives:
The staff. Her professionalism, customer service and her personality. She was a joy to talk too. All the staff was wonderful, even the breakfast staff. Out of all the hotels we stay in, this ranks #1 for us.
Negatives:
The breakfast was good, but I prefer real eggs. I know that's not possible on a buffet, but just a suggestion.
