I enjoy staying at this hotel when I come to Denver. Its a great price, big rooms, enjoy the pool/hot tub, staff is always friendly, good breakfast, and right close to the freeway.

The gym was sad and the shar d lobby areas vs. the rooms and hallways are like two different hotels. A new coat of paint, deep carpet cleaning and some better lighting could really help imo

It was in a great location for me to get to my appointments. It snowed Christmas night 26th. The parking lot was plowed by the afternoon / early evening. The front desk staff was helpful.
Negatives:
The toilet kept running and the water pressure wasn't very good. Even after it was attended to by maintenance.

The pool, hot tub and staff were great. The location was also great. The rooms were large and spacious.

There were a few bugs that were in our room. We got rid of them, but the fact they were there made us a little disappointed.

Yes. I reserved a 1bed 2adult room and checked in with my friend at the hotel. I had prepaid and then was double charged by the young lady whom apologized and said it'd be reversed asap. (Still waiting for that to happen).

There was breakfast every morning from 6-9, there was a kid's pool, regular pool and a hot tub and a fitness center. Very family friendly and pet friendly. My friend and I did not have any major issues the whole time we were there.

Our keys kept getting disconnected from the doors not a major problem just a set back. They were putting in a new system while we were there.
