Positives: NOTHING!!! Dirty,Staff was very rude, Breakfast was Nothing at all to look forward too. Apple,waffles and oatmeal. Nothing I requested was fulfilled, floor was dirty in my room, bedding was dirty, cig burns,stains and dog hair all over, lights were burned out, feces in the toilet, dusty, could Not get my bed cleaned or room and when I requested with the Manager Tom it was Not done when I returned to my room. When I checked in I noticed no ice bucket so I went to ask the front desk for one and The Front desk lady was rude and then starting to verbally cuss about her job & then 10 minutes later came back to the front desk and rudely told me that they didn’t have none! I did speak to Tom the manager about all my complaints and He did Nothing but took my money for my 3 days and two of those days I ended up sleeping in my car because the bedding was Nasty Dirty. I Never will recommend this Hotel to anyone. believe me it’s nothing like online. Do Not Stay at this Hotel.

Positives: The breakfast had limited options for people who are gluten-free, like me. The room was very nice, aesthetically pleasing, and clean.
Negatives: Finding the correct exterior door to our room was confusing and the staff was abrupt and not helpful.

Positives: This time I stayed here was totally different than last time this was a good place to stay the staff was very friendly I don’t know everybody’s name but the redheaded lady that’s a housekeeper and then the girl that works weekends at the front desk she’s very very nice so my stay this time was so much better than last time and I would like to tell people that this is a good place to stay everybody here was awesome
Negatives: I have stayed here quite a few times through the years and I just think that the people that stay here more frequent should get a little cheaper prices on the room but like I said I love the staff everybody is nice here the room is very clean they’re very polite
