Positives:
The hotel staff are all so nice and we received a complimentary adult beverage when we checked in! we were there for a concert at Fiddlers and it's literally a 5 minute walk! my only complaint is that our room had a little bit of a cigarette smell to it but everything aside from that was truly great and convenient!

Great location and great staff!
Positives:
They had waffles for the kids. The room was nice and big. Staff were very friendly. Pool was nice.

It was OK overall but I've stayed at one of these before and it was fabulous so I guess I was expecting that again?
There was just a lack of attention to detail - there was hair that needed to be swept up behind the door, a towel left from the previous people, the light switches were dirty, things were just a bit worn.

Initially the confusion while checking in with Booking.com and the property was disheartening. The young lady and new hire gentleman working were very helpful. However, the young man in a tie working there was very dismissive of our situation
