My room was fairly close to the lobby and ice/vending machines. The bed was very comfortable. The walk-in shower with grab rails and bath chair was exactly what I needed to feel safe in the shower. The staff were all friendly and welcoming.
Negatives:
The refrigerator in the room was not turned on. I turned it on but it didn’t come on. I thought it wasn’t working. When I was packing up to leave I heard it running. I have no idea when it came on. It would be helpful if the staff would either leave them running or if they have a reservation for a room, they could turn it on ahead of the guest’s arrival.

All in all was pretty quiet. Pillows were comfy
Negatives:
Staff wasn't very friendly or accommodating. Our fridge didn't work and when staff was told they said they would tell the maintenance person and nobody ever came. Could not take a bath because stopper in the tub didn't work. There was blood stains on one of the pillow cases. Was kind of worried there was not an emergency exit map. Hair dryer kind of popped and crackled when used.
