Great layout to a single bedroom hotel room. Appreciated the basic utensil and cleaning set to allow residents to survive with minimum material.
Negatives:
The hallway and room smelled like marijuana. While legal in the state of Colorado and beyond the fact that it was, purportedly, against hotel policy, it is not something that should be forced on those who do not want it. On three separate occasions, we asked for the hotel to spray the hallway or remove the smell, at one point asking to be given a different room. We were denied a new room and at no time did the hotel staff make any effort to remove the smell. Ended up buying deodorizer and baking soda which did not completely remove the smell but took away enough to make the room habitable.

I'm especially grateful that the rooms did not have any strong smells of cleaners or perfumes. I had called ahead to ask about that and had been reassured, but sometimes the person simply doesn't notice how strong the scents are. For me, scents can cause horrible migraines. Scent-free was great! Also, having two bathrooms was wonderful!

The staff was amazing, and the location was easy to get to. My son lost his phone, and we later found out that he had left it in the room. The next day, they sent it out to us, fed ex. It is so comforting to know that not only did this place have a family vibe with the people running it, but that they cared enough to send our lost property back to us so quickly. It is a genuine place with genuine people. Thank you, staff of residence inn. You are all so amazing!

Everything. The staff are wonderful and remembered us from our last visit. Rooms are spacious, very clean, and well stocked for cooking. Location is great. Even in a snowstorm we had multiple dining choices nearby and walked to the movie theater next door
