Negatives:
Dog barking nonstop across the hall. Road closed, had to drive out of our way to get to the hotel. Duvet cover had tears in it. Price increased for Labor Day weekend, even though we had to drive out of our way.

A very comfortable place to stay. Good, big rooms.
Negatives:
The road works made it almost impossible to get to the place & some communication from te place would have been helpful as detours were very misleading.

A great place to stay if there are no roadworks.
Positives:
The location was convenient for our purposes. I saw on google maps that the main road (Ronald Reagan Blvd) was closed, so I called ahead to ask about best routes. I sent an email several days ahead (contact this property) through booking.com, but never heard back. The room was large and comfortable. Even though I-25 was closeby, we didn't hear traffic noises.
Negatives:
When we first arrived in the room there was a faint but persistent scent of tuna fish. I tried calling the front desk with no luck, so I went down personally. The person at the desk was helpful and sent a bottle of Febreeze up with me, with the promise of a room switch if that didn't help. She also made note of the room number so they could check it out the next cleaning day.

Negatives:
It was difficult getting to it because there was construction at the main intersection and the staff member who called did not give adequate directions about how to navigate to the property.
