This was the filthiest room Ive ever stayed in. And its a newer hotel. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. Old food and booze bottles under the bed. Poop smears on the walls. It was filthy and honestly disgusting.

The hotel was beside a thoroughfare that was under construction. Once that is done, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Great rooms for the price point. There is a shopping district within a 10-15 minute walk. Nice neighbourhood for a stroll.
Negatives:
There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel. Staff was very polite and helpful.

A great place to stay at Loveland!

Lots of room in the suite.

The shower had very little pressure. I mentioned this and was offered another room. Declined since we had already unpacked.

Check-in was quick and easy. Room and hotel were very clean. Rooms were quiet and heard no noise from other rooms or outside. Close to restaurants and other shopping, as well as the conference location I was attending.
Negatives:
Only issue that wasn't the fault of the hotel was the roadwork being done getting to the hotel. Otherwise, everything was great!

We never had breakfast met with family in the area for breakfast. It was the perfect location so close to relatives residence.

Dog barking nonstop across the hall. Road closed, had to drive out of our way to get to the hotel. Duvet cover had tears in it. Price increased for Labor Day weekend, even though we had to drive out of our way.
