1. The elevator was out of order during my entire stay. My room was set for a really uncomfortable 55F temperature when I checked in late evening. Made for a restless night because of the low temperature in spite of turning off the AC.

There had been a lightning strike earlier in the week so the elevator and television were not working. It would have been nice to get a message before we arrived to see if we still wanted our room.

We had to cancel because Wingate had a lightning strike and could not accommodate our booking through Booking.com for the 27th - 29th of May.

Dirty Room, no hairdryer included, was told they would get one for us but we never got it, Bed sheets were not changed (wrinkled, hairs on all sheets/pillows. Was given a new set of sheets in the wrong size, then was given the right Size the second time.

It’s in a nice location to where we needed to be. It was a nice hotel

The pool is extremely small; when my family and I stayed it was booked solid and there for the hotel didn’t have enough linens during our stay (ex. Towels, pillows, blankets). The cleaning ladies were not friendly. Staff weren’t able to make accommodations for elderly handicapped guests
