The jacuzzi had 15 people with small kids in it at any given time but with space for 5 max. I did not feel confident that it was clean and did not have pee in it. The steam room smelled really bad.

Cozy, comfortable hotel. Very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Bathroom was clean but very outdated. Staff was helpful. Shuttles stop at the door and they have a courtesy SUV to take you places off the shuttle line. Grandkids loved the heated pool even though it was too cold for me. Great sauna and hot tubs. Also has a game room and the kids loved that as well.

It was available and Keystone os one of out favorite mountains.

Our “Balcony with a View” was bottom floor with a view of the fitness center, the pool wasn’t heated, the hot tub wasn’t working, and our requested roll away bed wasn’t delivered even after confirmation. Was honestly a disappointing stay.
