Breakfast was fine, staff was friendly.
Negatives:
The “heated” pool was freezing. We got up there early so my children could swim, but they spent five minutes in the pool and came out with blue lips. We ended up having to go spend more money on things for them to do since we arrived to the hotel so early and couldn’t do what we had planned to do. The shampoo and conditioner that they offer are so tiny, make sure to bring your own. We also found a bug in our room a few minutes after check-in. I know this happens so it wasn’t a huge deal just slightly concerning given everything else.

Everyone was very nice. The room was very clean and everything worked.
Negatives:
The only thing that was a little rough was the amount of chlorine they put in their pool. It was very strong but I guess that's extra clean. Lol
