The room was disgusting and clearly not cleaned well. We found a dirty sock under the bed, multiple large stains on pillows/sheets, and dirty footsteps stained into the rug. There was also a large puddle of what I assume was cleaner in front of the bathroom, but the cleaner itself smelled awful and our room stank. Also the hallway smelled like pee.

Positives:
Nothing. Do not spend your hard earned money. We checked in to Room 219 and we're overcome with a smell of cat urine. Attempted to use the bathroom and there was human urine and hair on the toilet. Immediately went to check out and still waiting to receive refund.
Negatives:
Everything. So disappointed and biohazard in the room. Please do not consider staying here. Front desk didn't even try to remedy the situation.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy.
Negatives:
The breakfast was quite disapointing, with very little variation and I didn’t like that the plates, cups and cutlery all were throw aways.
The beds were small and uncomfortable.
