From the moment we walked in, it was a mess. The computer system didn't work, there was a posted note filling in missing letters in the choice sign, room was dirty, holes in hallway, horrible!

Positives:
We stayed here because our plumbing at home wasn’t working so the fact that there was a shower that worked was really nice.
Negatives:
The pool was out of commission, our toilet flooded the entire room we were in and the team didn’t even disinfect the floor after soaking all the water up - I went to the store and picked up a mop and soap just to clean the floor, the breakfast didn’t have fruits, everything was picked over with 30 mins left. A woman was screaming bloody murder at 1am it was terrifying, the windows don’t have screens or stoppers for safety. The dryer doesn’t work - I paid a couple dollars in quarters just to have damp clothes I ended up hanging up all over our room to dry…. I worked in hospitality with the Marriott for over 12 years — so this whole experience was shocking to me. I’m surprised hotels like this stay in business…

I felt the hotel was very neglected and needs a lot of updating. We walked down the hall and the carpets were soaked when went I told the front desk she wouldn't get off the phone for me to let her know. Very disappointing and very unprofessional

Well first of all they wouldn't wouldn't or couldn't find the reservation made us sit and wait why I had to call and figure out the reservation I couldn't get a hold of anybody at booking.com to help me with the reservation so we left. Went to another hotel paid cash there and went to sleep I did not even use this reservation

Staffs unwillingness to help or care about the situation made me do all the work and still wouldn't give me a room.

Place was very quiet compared to the property next door. The staff is friendly and worked with us on a couple of issues we had.

In the evening time mostly, there was a very nasty smell to the hallways. It's hard to describe the smell, but it made my tummy weak.

The elevator was like having your grandma pull u up a cliff... naked.. jk but ya it was the old-livator! OH AND The location of the ho tell was in Littleton not Golden so the add was miss leading . So gambling is lot further than the Golden Lie. I
