Some of the staff was less than eager to help. Here's an example: I asked where a close restaurant was the evening I checked in. The staff member at the desk told me to Google it. Seriously. Like I didn't know I could use Google. What I wanted was a recommendation and some directions. When I asked for the internet password, the staff member at the desk told it to me. I asked him to write out down. The reply was, I will need to get some paper. I said, "no problem, I'll wait here". He looked at me. I repeated what I said, and then he reluctantly went to look for a piece of paper.

Television didn't work. They said they would send someone up to fix it. After contacting the front desk 3 times they never did. The bed was small not even queen size. The continental breakfast was non eatable and the worst I've ever seen. The walls are so thin we heard people talking and snoring and their kid was very loud. Terrible experience and we had to leave after not sleeping at all one night. We were scheduled for 3 nights. Would rather sleep in my car!

Breakfast was disappointing. The mattress was uncomfortable, and we were "upgraded" to a better room with a view. The view was obstructed by bushes so there was no view.

This property is very dated. Our room was not ready on our arrival at 4:40 pm. The "full" kitchen lacked utensils, and those we found were in the dishwasher, unwashed. The stovetop was unvented, so use at your own risk. Someone else was cooking during our stay, set off the fire alarms prompting an evacuation until the fire department came. The staff were very helpful and told us "this happens all the time". Lastly, while the location was convenient, I witnessed a fight in the parking lot, and on another night, the police were called, apparently taking someone into custody and towing a car!

Says there was a bar under amenities, there was no bar. No ice bucket and crumbs in the cupboard. Had to be moved because first room the TV didn’t work, nor did the phone or the smoke detector! Room only had 1 tea bag, my husband and I don’t do coffee. No spoons, only enough towels for 1 person and no body wash in container on wall in shower. Other flatware only had 1 of.
