The assistant manager was so kind to come and fix/tune the television so that my granddaughter could watch singing cartoons. The front desk person made sure that I had the perfect room when i checked in.

I would have loved making waffles for breakfast but there were not any waffle makers on site.

Overall the place was very nice

The guaranteed booking.com reservation was not received by the motel. I was mistakenly checked in as my son - I had no reservation. In the process of getting a room charges attributed to my son were placed in my accoun as well as in his account.t The manager Jeremiah Johnson was unable to remove the excessive Charges approx. $700.00. I am still challenging the credit charges. Booking.com has doe nothing for me and the motel has not credited my account.

Parking was a challenge ~ lots of big trucks that took up more than 1 parking spot. It was difficult to find a parking spot. Breakfast was just ok~ not too many options.
