Room was very quiet, bed comfortable. Everything was exceptionally clean. Check in was easy and friendly. Full size refrigerator/freezer was wonderful. Front desk has everything for preparing meals, even a toaster. I will definitely stay again.

Everything! The manager was extremely rude! Saw him arguing with other people when we were checking in. I had cancer treatments and we let him know that we were a little late running back, but we would check in. As soon as we got back, he started to harass us and at the time I was extremely sick. What heartless person. He said he didn’t care about my cancer.

The room was comfortable. Location good

You had to ask for everything. The lady who checked us in was helpful and explained about the kitchenware and gave us what we asked for. We didn’t realise you also had to ask for a hair dryer. We we went to reception later that evening we were told that all the hairdryers were being used and no apology was given. Surely there should have been a hairdryer available for every room in the hotel. Each day we returned to our room our key didn’t work. The first time this happened I was surprised that no identification was requested. The subsequent 2 times we were literally grunted at and we felt like we were inconveniencing the man on the desk. Apart from the lady who checked us in the other staff we unhelpful and rude.
