Positives:
My room was accessible easily from the lobby. The place was very clean, and quiet! Easy drop off and pick up when using Lyft. The bench out front is much appreciated. The breakfast room is easily accessible and comfortable. I like that snacks are for sale in the lobby! Free lemon ice water is also a nice touch.
Negatives:
There was no place to sit outdoors that was pretty. I did sit on a bench out back behind the hotel once when I had a few hours to kill and some phone calls to make, but there was nothing to look at except an empty parking lot and a little strip of grass. Flowers would be nice. A fountain would be great.

I appreciated the closeness to town.
Bed was comfortable and breakfast was darn good.
Negatives:
I didn't like that there was major construction being done on front of hotel and I wasn't told of it. Then they first put me in a room where directly out my window was a cherry picker with 2 workers in it work loud music and machines.
Thankfully another staff member understood I wanted to rest and put me in a back facing room. Way better.
