The night clerk was beyond amazing, anytime I needed anything he was knowledgeable and happy to help. The room was so clean, I will definitely be back.

The pool and gym issues. The kiddie pool is down, the hot tub is usually not working and the gym was closed when we went last.

The pool was really nice and warm, and the slide was super fun. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were labeled soft and firm. The water pressure in the shower was excellent.

The floor in the pool are was very slippery, several kids slip, that were not running. The floor had several broken and sharp pieces, 1 person cut his foot and left a big blood trail. Breakfast was only until 9am. Super strong clorine smell in pool.

Took the line almost an hour to check in and they were having a hard time finding rooms and gave someone the keys to a room where someone already was in. Then we came specifically for the pool and the chlorine was so high, kids were coughing.

Check in process was pleasant, fast and efficient.Breakfast choices were nice and changed slightly daily. Tools were changed daily. Trash was emptied daily. Bed was remade daily . Pool and hot tub were nice.

Elevator floor remained dirty.One guest room on top floor had dirty linen and trash outside the door for a long time. Strong cigarette smoke smell in hallway our first nigh & cigarette smoke by elevator. Too much chlorine in hpt tub burned eyes in 1 min.
