The location was good. Front desk was friendly. Gym was clean.

The bed was like a rock. Extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast was minimal - no meat options and eggs were awful. We were out of tissues and asked the person cleaning room on the floor for a box and was told no, only if we asked for it from the front desk.

The hotel has great potential. The lobby is nice. The pool was warm.

The staff is overwhelmed and overworked. There were 3-4 people in line at all times while checking in at 8:30 at night. There were red marks on our pillow cases that we had to switch out. There were large stains on the carpet in the room. I asked for more bowls at breakfast but it took 10 minutes to put out paper bowls. We went swimming in the morning and there were no towels. We asked for some and they never came. We had to walk dripping wet through the lobby to get to our room. The staff seemed to be constantly overwhelmed and they couldn't keep up with the customers.

Staff were inept; charged 7 nights for a 4 night stay. First desk agent was helpful, next one on departure was argumentative and overwhelmed.
Was hoping to view mountain range from property but its orientation was wrong as no part of the property was set up to view west; location scout should’ve done a better job. Also NO parking, had to park on the street.

The office staff was in constant communication with us, ensuring everything was meeting our expectations. Breakfast was fantastic. The room was impeccably clean and quite spacious. The kids loved the pool and exercise facility.

Positives:
Shannon helped me so much on that first day when they did not have the booking info from booking.com, even though I had clear information, ie. confirmation number, booking number. I had to wait 2 hours, but Shannon was fantastic. All the other staff were helpful and polite.
