Telephone cord was cut so no wake-up call. Called front desk who said hed come and talk about wake-up call but he didnt. Heater extremely noisy and kept turning on and off all night. Bed so hard it felt like cement with pad. No channel 6 on tv.

Friendly and easy to work with. The cleanliness is the best I've seen before. For a pet friendly place, you would be surprised, you couldn't tell it.
I was staying with my mother in law, she is 82 and has medical issues , we needed a room with no stairs.and they saved the day. On short notice. Thanks for saving the day.
