The staff were not too happy it seemed and the door that they claimed was broken actually could be used. But just didn't latch, Made us go all the way around the building just to use the other door and elevator to reach our room at the opposite end of the hallway. Very inconvenient

Fridge was not plugged in and our food went bad. Key was deactivated twice. It snowed and the plow truck reburied my truck after I took the time to shovel around it. Breakfast was not rotated and did not meet expectations. It also appears that only one or two persons were staffed for cleaning and the hotel was not very clean in common places. Bedding was very thin and uncomfortable compared to other La Quinta stays. .
