It was clean and the room was quiet.
Negatives:
Because we booked through a third party (Booking) we were put in the least nicest room. It was down a dark hall and the room was shabby, but it was clean. We were informed the day after we checked in that maid service was only every 3 days. We were there for 6. We were to ask for towels and leave the trash outside our door. When we did ask for towels the staff was resentful and said they would get to it when they could. It seems they are understaffed because they are struggling to stay open.

We enjoyed the time there. Staff were responsive and polite, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good.
Negatives:
The room's window was facing into the hallway, also the air conditionning unit was a bit old and not working properly. There was an unpleasant smell in the room.

Staff was very friendly. Location was good; right off the freeway (but access from the east was poor). Breakfast was very nice.
Negatives:
Internet was so slow as to be unusable. We had a dog, so we were put in the "pet-friendly" section which had doors opening to the outside (like a motel). The seal around the door was not very good, so you got cold air and sound coming in.
