Positives:
It was a nice stay for a night. We travelled to Loveland for a wedding and greatly appreciated the shuttle to the wedding venue!
Negatives:
It took almost 20 minutes to check in. There was no one at the desk and a person who came in behind us called the hotel to report this after he had waited for about 10 minutes. There were numerous staff members setting up in the breakfast area that looked over but did not bother to get anyone to assist us

Positives:
Location is good and easy to find. Rooms are clean. Bed is comfortable but pillows are awful. TV system is beyond horrible, no list of channels or explanation of programs. Impossible to find channels you want. Really a downer.
Negatives:
TV system is terrible. No channel listening or information. Can't find channels.
Do not like soap, shampoo amenities. Dove is ok but if you offer only body wash and no soap should have washing puff. The tiny tiny bar of hand soap is very hard to use.
