Bed and pillows were rock hard. Shower pan was 3 inches high, so water went on floor. Shower curtain was short by 6 inches. No soap holder in shower.Soap was so small it could disappear in your Private Parts. Had to request Dry towels each day.

I understood when I booked that I was booking a king bed but when arriving was told they didn’t have any king beds in their hotel or at least with their limited vocabulary, that’s what he inferred.
