Between Sunday, May 5th, 2024 at midnight and Monday, May 6th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Denver), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, May 6th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Denver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 6, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: The hotel is conveniently located in the town of Ouray on the way to Telluride. The hotel is small, very clean, well maintained, and looked after. definitely recommend staying for anyone. The breakfast pickup proces was very smooth and had lot of options.
