Positives:
I didn't like anything and we didn't ever visit the room because they did not have the accommodations they claimed (there is a pool but it's empty and unusable). We were visiting for an autistic family members birthday specifically for a pool and they did not have a pool though they list having a pool on booking app.
Negatives:
I didn't like anything, I especially didn't like paying for a room I never entered and having to pay for 2 rooms at 2 hotels because this one said they have a pool when their pool has been broken and unusable for awhile and continues to be broken and unusable, yet they list pool as an amenity on the booking app. If you know anything about autism when I told my family member we booked a hotel with a pool NOT having a pool is a super huge deal and having to stay at this hotel would have ruined my family members, birthday. There are minimum expectations-they refused to give my money back because they said I should have gone to their separate website to see if their pool was a working amenity before I booked- from now on I will call any hotel front desk and make sure any amenities that are needed by our family and are listed are actually accurate and we will NEVER stay at this hotel again. Predatory practices will get the pool fixed someday on the backs of people they rip off, I guess.
