It was noisy being near the restaurant. We received breakfast vouchers but then told we could not use them with no explanation. Mold in the coffee maker in the room. Locations good but not hotel itself.

This hotel is very run down. From the warn carpet, to the walls torn and scuffed, beds bouncing and old furniture. To be honest I left after a couple hours it was so bad. Even the staff was unconcerned.

Front desk staff wasnt friendly or welcoming. Dressed unprofessionally. no one at the front desk one evening to help when keys didnt work. had to call front desk 5 min til answer. No ID check/verification for keys! Security issues here.

The restaurant on the 4th floor saved this stay. The location was centralized well for our needs. The pool was a good temperature for me.

The staff was not very friendly. The hallways and rooms smelled musty. The hot tub was loud and smelled fishy when turned on. The seating available at the pool was broken down.
