Its just a nice clean hotel in a great location. We have stayed here many times through the years.

Every time we stay here, we seem to have the same issue. The air conditioner just doesn't work. we wake up hot because it kicks in some governor through the night and ends up the Aircon won't even kick on if I stand over it and keep turning the air on.

Check-in was easy and fast. Room was spacious for four people. Within walking distance to a couple of restaurants. Close to the freeway.

Front desk had me wait 45 minutes at 11pm and then had the nerve to tell me she wouldn’t check me in because it was too late I had a car full of kids including a new born and she said she didn’t care find some where else to go!!! Mind you I stay here everytime I go to pueblo but never again

Large rooms, breakfast for one night maybe ok, but if you stay longer, the limited variety offered gets boring soon. For a short business based stay so far ok.

It was not possible to receive an invoice for my stay - this is an absolute no-go.
