No breakfast Room was so dirty. Daily. Lean but no deep clean - walls, floor, tub. Had hair on the sink. Supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of smoke odor.

The front desk clerk was very nice. She gave me a parking suggestion and offered to keep an eye on my car. I do wonder if she couldve given me a better, cleaner room.

The room was very dirty, had obviously not been thoroughly cleaned in years. Floors, baseboards, walls. Because of the no refund policy I was stuck there. Smelled like a smoking room even though I reserved a nonsmoking room. My clothes still smell.

This place was a filthy trap house full of roaches and screaming addicts beating their children. I walked into the room and the smell hit me first, then I noted the buttons on the AC had been ripped off. The fridge was not working. The shower was a hole in the wall, the light above the sink was a bare fixture with exposed wires that sparked. I left so fast I left possessions in the room I will never return for and had to find a new place to stay at 11pm. Booking should be ASHAMED for even listing this place.

It was horrible and scary. There were holes in the floor and it was sticky. There was a dead cockroach. The whole place was dirty and smelled of stale smoke. They said there was supposed to be breakfast but there wasn't. There was something spilled on the window and cracks in the mirror. It looked like a tenament.

Nothing when you have to wake up the homeless to so you can leave, they are sleeping on the stairs the parking lot is covered with litter and 10 t0 15 males hanging around in the parking lot makes an old person uncomfortable moving from car to room.
Negatives:
See above, the bed frame was broke on one bed, the shower did not drain correctly the toilet took multiple flushes to empty, and if you want clean towels every day you must ask and PAY EXTRA.

Sorry to say but there was a lot of drug activities going around that I did not like at all I have small children never again I will take my kids there. The room so-called clean, nope walking barefoot made me feel like I was walking on a sticky dirty floor smh nope
