The hotel were in the middle of remodeling when we arrived. No one warn us about this beforehand. It was very dirty in the lobby. Lots of boxes with tiles, mortar, etc. The builders were very nice and apologetic. When we arrived( after 6 PM) our room was still dirty. I guess builders were working in our room. So we need to talk to the front desk so they can clean it. I don’t know why they put us in this room if it was plenty of rooms upstairs. The hotel made partially refund but I still have question why they put us in the room which was obviously not ready and in the middle of remodeling.
We can’t sleep because someone above us was walking and making lots of noise, so not fun night at all.

The staff clearly don't communicate with each other. I had to have my keys remade no less than 3 times daily. The hot breakfast advertised is not possible due to construction. The beds are small.

The construction made the first floor very dirty and dusty with cement bags and tile packaging all throughout the hallway with paint splattered everywhere. Our room was quiet and clean but very cold. Our heater and mini fridge didn’t work. I had to sleep with my down parka on because it was so cold.
