Negatives: very dirty, they put me in an accessible room the shower curtain was so small water went onto bathroom floor. the room was meant for disabled. the laundry room for guest was absolutely filthy. there were wads of chewing gum in the dryer.

Negatives: There was an opened bar of soap on our counter and trash in the can, a bundle of hair in the toilet, the shower curtain was ripped, shower temperature fluctuated from hot to cold. Breakfast was not worth it. The floors were buckling.

Negatives: Not very clean and now housekeeping

Negatives: Yes I was charged 119.33 dollars for incidentals which has not been returned to me yet

Negatives: The room was not fully clean from the previous visitors. The air dryer and iron were missing from the room. The towel rail was falling out of the wall. The dryer in the laundry room burnt our clothes. The place overall is very run down.

Negatives: Heater was not working and was cold

Negatives: The hotel room bathroom had water damage u could see on the wall and feel on the floor. Bathtub didnt drain well

Negatives: We ended up having to switch rooms because the first room we had there was a big leak in the toilet so the bathroom floor was drenched. When we mentioned it to the front clerk they provided extra towels but that was not enough. Also the remote control for the TV did not work as well. Even when we changed rooms we still had issues because A/C because it kept turning on and off throughout the day. Plus the breakfast was underwhelming.

Negatives: All the rooms we had was dirty, had food and trash under sofa pull out for our family unit. All the rooms was spread out through the hotel. Had some rooms that had horrible smell and headboard falling apart. We paid over 1000 dollars for dirty rooms and water that kept going back from cold to hot. To be honest when we pulled that bread and trash from the sofa and I addressed the hotel about it we was supposed to have someone stay on that couch and just thinking how nasty that would have been for them to sleep on it and the workers told us that they havent had someone use that unit In a long time so that why it wasnt clean. If Im told my room is ready and for what I paid for to have all that going on little pist off and hoping we can find a solution cause it ruined our trip thinking we had a nice hotel to come to.

Negatives: Mold around shower. Broken coffee pot in room. Hot water would pulse between cold & hot. AC not really working. Room was not worth the price. Evident ownership is not investing in this property.

Negatives: the bathroom it was so bad

Negatives: -Check in less than inviting, they got the job done. -The renovation to our room was very poor, especially the bathroom, loose trim, very sloppy paint job, etc etc. -Complimentary breakfast was a joke, make a waffle using a filthy iron. -POORLY MANAGED
