The staff is wonderful and very accommodating and the rooms were very clean.

The breakfast was horrible. I thought it was just a one day fluke but it wasn't any better on the second day. I don't know whats happened in the last year but the breakfast was wonderful a year ago.

This was the most expensive hotel we stayed at during our 18 day trip. This was surprising as the town of Springfield is a small depressed area.

Positives:
We were in town for a funeral. There were approximately 40 of us staying at this motel in a small rural farming community. The staff was exceptional—they allowed us to use the conference room as a gathering place and bent over backward to help us. The motel was nice but it was the staff who make it great.

The property was great! Staff was AWESOME! Very caring & attentive to our needs. We did not intend staying there but due to a snowstorm we parked for the night! John & his crew went above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed & were taken care of. Should we ever happen to be in the area again, this will be the place we stay!
