First room we got the TV didn't work. Got switched to another room that was still uncleaned, beds unmade. Their room was clean and TV worked but the heater did not work, it was cold and uncomfortable all night. I stay here often and very unsatisified with the stay this time.

Positives:
Accommodated us to get in before check-in as the pass was closed; was greatly appreciated! Pool was right outside our door and the exercise room outside back door. Loved that as a convenience! Check-in was very fast also.
Negatives:
My grandson found a candy wrapper next to his bed from last tenant. He stated proof they do not thoroughly clean hotels. I told him they let us in early maybe it was not finished everything else was clean to my knowledge.
