The entire experience was great. The room was clean and modern. The location was excellent. But the most outstanding aspect was the service and friendliness of the staff. Highly recommended.

While my heart breaks for the horrendous problem of the homeless, many of them veterans, I was a little uncomfortable with them in the lobby. I would have done the same if I was the desk clerk. But, this could become trouble for them down the road

Lumpy floor. Floor evidently heaving and just put carpet over it instead of fixing it. No bedside lamp on 1 side. Water tank in stool kept running.
