Positives: Staff was efficient and very polite
Negatives: We booked a king room and there was only a double bed room available...Having two beds in a room would indicate two people staying in that room. The only chair in the room was a desk chair. At the end of the day, most people want to unwind. this is hard to do with only one chair. And, that chair is a desk chair. This would explain why the beds were so sunken down.

Positives: The breakfast was very tasty. The man who was working the omelet bar, and I think ran the kitchen, was fantastic (can’t remember his name. Sorry!). Very friendly, always made sure he personally let us know when the kitchen was closing in case we wanted anything first, and was just pleasant.
Negatives: We were overall very disappointed with this hotel. We booked a king room for myself, husband, and infant. We specifically chose this hotel over another because they said they had options for babies. I had called inquiring about rollaway cribs, was told they didn’t have those but could have a pack’n play put in the room (perfect!). I also called the day of our check in to confirm it would be there. We finally checked in at 9pm or so, only to find there was not a pack’n play in the room. Called the front desk and it took over an hour and repeated calls to get it to us (in the meantime the baby was crying and couldn’t fall asleep). When they did bring the baby bed, it was a rollaway crib, not a pack’n play. Totally fine by me, but it might speak to a lack of training on the part of staff that they didn’t know what they had. In addition to this, when we arrived we were told they had overbooked the king rooms and they had “upgraded” us to a double queen. This is not an upgrade for us. My husband and I don’t do well sharing a queen bed, and we specifically wanted the king. They did give us free breakfasts to compensate when I complained about that, which I appreciated. The room itself was tiny for the price. The only spot for the crib was in the corner between the bathroom and coffee bar. We had to squeeze past to get to the bathroom, and all the noise from the hall and bathroom was right by the baby (not great for sleeping). The rooms do not have carpet, which I understand is for sanitary reasons, but it makes for a less pleasant experience. A rug would have been nice. The beds were very saggy and uncomfortable. The bathroom lights were extremely bright, and it would have been nice if there was an option to turn on one light during the night or when full light isn’t needed. Finally, the front desk staff was overall not friendly. They were too busy chatting or texting to acknowledge customers as they walked past and were not terribly helpful.

Positives: Location was good.
Negatives: I've stayed many times when I come back to Colorado every month and never had issues with late check out or staff issues. This time checking in was greeted with an unwelcoming staff. And when I asked for a late checkout the staff flat out said no, no even bother to ask " how long do I need". I asked why she said " because we are all sold out". Ok check in is not until 3pm. 11am was check out time. 11:30 or 12 late check out shouldn't be an issue for loyal clients. Apparently having my business wasn't appreciated so you've just lost my business as a loyal customer for a staff member who can't use common sense on customer service. That was my last stay.

Positives: Everything went well, a few bumps but overall a great stay.
Negatives: The restaurant food in the lobby was sub-par, room service by the restaurant was surprisingly slow and order was usually incomplete. The lowest aspect of my stay. The hotel staff however, was very helpful in all other aspects.

Negatives: My room is not as clean as I would like it to be I do not have an alarm clock I also do not have wash rags in my room I only have Hand Dry towels also why am I having to pay so much if I can't even have a microwave an alarm clock and wash Rags...
