Positives: Very clean lobby. Staff was very friendly.
Negatives: The room was still a little dirty. The surfaces were dirty. I wiped everything down with clorox wipes and the stuff that pulled up was gross. The toilet did not flush well at all. The toiletries had already been opened so that was gross.

Negatives: Everything staff rude never answer's no house service available broken phone and ac dont work had to buy a fan my wedding was sat and we had familty stay here too this is bad

Positives: The only thing great about this hotel was the staff who were all extremely nice and helpful along with the location which is great as well.
Negatives: This hotel should be 2 star at most. The first room had dead bugs on the ceiling and live bugs in the restroom. After alerting the staff, they moved us to another room but it was just as dirty as the first. Will never stay here again!

Positives: It was convenient and the staff was fantastic.
Negatives: The hallways were very dirty and did not get cleaned the two nights that we were there. The room was clean but disturbing that the hallways were not. It was a basic hotel stay, it did what it needed to do.

Positives: The hotel itself was nice, rooms were spacious & the bed was comfortable.
Negatives: The hotel falsely accused me of smoking in the room & egregiously charged me a $150 cleaning fee. When I called to inquire about this charge, the front desk attendant who refused to give me her name was rude, accusatory, unprofessional,& down right nasty.
