Ya they couldn't find my reservation, the rooms thermostat kept falling off! The last 3 times we've stayed there it's gotten worse each time!

Did not get what I paid for! I paid for 2 Queen Handicap Room, I got a 1 King Regular room and the Air Conditioner didn't work!

The staff was very respectful very helpful and really honestly cared about my stay. They're very personal which I really liked because it is a personal thing when you're sleeping and somebody else's house. Would definitely stay here again hands down.

Gym could use a little love - some of the equipment is pretty worn! Access to water could be improved - really only two places to get it and its either a fruit infused water (not my preference!) or in the gym which was empty!

Finally ran into a Donald Trump toilet? Was taking forever to flush the toilet multiple times water kept going down but nothing else hotel is 45 years old and the toilets where I suspect 45 years old also with a 5 gallon forever flush in my case. Kept having to flush just to make the stuff go down maybe eight times to 10 times just to get things gone. Of course done off. Trump is also flushing important documents down the toilet to sure

The pool,spa needs maintenance black mole in ventilation system in pool area. Shower in my room wasn't working half water in tub and shower. Tub very slow draining. Lots of noise from the interstate. Left early.
