They ask me for the night deposit a 100 dlls then they charged me 54 dlls with no reason, because we just take the room for a shower and rest the night.

Staff was helpful … had washer/dryer and breakfast. Bed was comfortable and housekeeping gave me towels, wash rags and Kleenex when needed. The heater in the bathroom was needed and was very useful.
Negatives:
There was no hot water when I took a shower. It was hardly even mildly warm and I didn’t even turn the cold water on. The doors from the second floor in to use the ice machine were broken on both sides of the building so had to go upstairs or downstairs to get ice or go to the lobby.

Due to no hot water, I moved rooms. I forgot my phone charger plugged in. When I asked to go get it, the staff was not willing to let me back in nor did they take any time to check themselves. Finally, when the manager escorted me, it was gone. Also, I left my yeti container for 5 minutes in the main lobby and it also disappeared. The $100 deposit to my card has not been refunded. The manager said it could take up to 45 days.
