The staff member who was working the night shift was not really that helpful and she was a little rude. the room had a very strong stench of urine. I’m not sure from a person or a pet. The beds were very uncomfortable and the TV did not work.

Nothing, Shower head was spraying everywhere when in use. TV screen had been broken at one point (screen on right side did not show movings) volume up and down did not work. Customer service was very rude/poor no help at all

No water or juice at free breakfast.The water in the lobby entrance wasnt refreshed all weekend. Bug in it.TV didnt work. Called but maintenance didnt come. Key card deactivated 2-3 times during our weekend stay do to the reader.

The room seemed nice in appearance and the staff was friendly. The price of everything has gone up but this was somewhat affordable in comparison to others. We had to leave our apartment for repairs and had no place to go with two cats, so I was relieved to find a place that was pet friendly.
Negatives:
There were bed bugs. I have really bad reactions to them, so I slept in the car after the first line of bites. My son slept in a chair at the desk. My husband was too tired to worry about it and slept on the bed. However, the mattresses are super hard and my husband has been in pain since that night. The side of the mattress felt like wood. They said the manager would call but they never did.

The floor was not swept. Carpet not vacuumed. Had to go to the desk for help with the WiFi and they gave me a 800 number to do it myself. Had to call at 0230 because people were partying outside my door. The attendant seemed annoyed at me for calling.
