Negatives:
I don't like that cash isn't an option to pay with. Also the room was not vacuumed, there was some piece of food dried right under the mattress of the first bed by the door, and that same bed the sheet was stained. At this point I think it was just not changed out with clean fresh linen, the bathroom was the dirtiest of that room. There were dried burgers on the wall, small pieces of trash and dirt behind the toilet, and a smear of I don't know what right above the toilet paper dispenser and mold along the edge of the ceiling in the shower.

This place is awful!!! Says...
Positives:
The room was the worst hotel room I have ever been in in my life! After sitting on the bed for 15 minutes I couldn’t imagine crawling into those beds & asked for a full refund. I cannot believe La Quinta &/or Wyndham would affiliate themselves with this property.
Negatives:
See above. There was not one good thing about this property. It was filthy, smelled horrid- cleaning products do not cover the smells of past smokers. The window was cracked, the sink was cracked

Absolutely horrid!
Positives:
The free breakfast was exactly as expected and adequate, I appreciated that. Location was perfect, nice area and easy access to several places I was visiting.
Negatives:
No public restroom after I checked out and went to breakfast, rust in the bathtub, dirty room, dilapidated stairs, broken elevator for third floor room, empty alcohol containers littered the premises.

Positives:
I'm traveling for work so need to stay within the reimbursement limit when booking a hotel. The price per night met my needs. The room was spacious and appeared to have been updated. The bed was comfortable. My room faced away from the highway and as a result was pretty quiet.
Negatives:
The property itself appears sketchy. The hotel consists of several non connected buildings. I was in the one farthest away from the lobby. The directions from the front desk staff were not clear on just how far away my room was. The elevators were not working. The door to the rooms face outside, not an internal hallway. When I arrived, there were police in the front lobby assisting a woman who claimed her room had essentially been ransacked while she was out. My experiences with LaQuinta in the past have always been positive; a safe, comfortable, modestly priced hotel.

The floor of the toilet room looked as if a man had urinated and missed the toilet. I called reception and they put me on terminal hold. So I washed the floor, took pics of the washcloth I used and am contacting corporate.
I spoke with the reception person and she said she would advise her manager. I have not heard a word.

That my room smelled like cat piss and cat food by door and cat hair all around the bottom of the beds. Asked for towels 3 times, even gave my dirty towels and my last day maintenance took them to me.
