The view and where it was located was great. The gentleman in the morning was great he was pleasant to interact with.

Night staff was rude he was on his phone and wouldn’t even pause his movie to help us just disrespectful, pillow was dirty, not enough towels for even 4 people and i also put on my check in for 4, also online when booking said two queens and they turned out to be fulls. False advertising

Nice grounds, clean, plenty of amenities.
However, for nearly 300 tonight it would be nice if there was a mini fridge in the room.

Not worth it
Positives:
The view was incredible and the staff was perfect. It was a standard stay, with no issues which is the BEST type of trip to have. As it was in Denver, I appreciated the complimentary water provided in my room. The toiletries were lovely as well.
Negatives:
The parking was -- meh. It was a free lot, but the lot was SO FAR from the hotel. That cannot be changed so... overall I had a great trip.

I was charged over double and then was told it would be fixed. My final price is still much more than what I booked for. That’s not really okay. It should have been what I book for and I have booking receipts showing that. NO EXCEPTION. That should be adjusted cuz then I book based on what I’m promised and book for and have to pay different just cuz? It’s sorta scamming. This was my first time having that experience here. I’m deeply disappointed
