Positives: It was clean and the staff was responsive. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives: I booked a king room and the room I was given had two queen beds. The fan in the bathroom was really dirty and it took a couple of days for the staff to clean it.

Positives: Close to freeway.
Negatives: Shower had too much strands of dry hair from previous guests. Dropped from shower curtain when I moved the curtain. Carpet beneath bed was not vacumned and had leftover food crumbs. Hotel is notlocated in a nice area, too many homeless people.

Positives: Very clean, staff was very pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping and maintenance we're spot on when requested.
Negatives: Well the pool wasn't open due to no heater motor which sucked and it seemed that their utilization of the drive up area infront was poor. Our first night moving in, they had a car parked in front all night and the snow was not completely cleared.
