After Friday, May 10th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 10, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: The entire floor smelt like sewerage The cleaning staff attempted to come into the room while we were still in bed. We’ve stayed here before but this was very unhappy experience. There is also only a $10 government discount which wasn’t applied and they give no discount for bereavement.
