The location was great, staff was nice, it was clean, the breakfast was amazing, and the shower was awesome.

Our room was so hot. We couldn’t get the air to work. We were sweating. So we had trouble sleeping. We kept trying to turn cool on and it wouldn’t turn on. We kept lowering the thermostat. We turned it to 60 and it still felt like 85.

Convenient location and it was clean and quiet.

The small refrigerator in the room did not work and all of the food that I had brought was lost. Told the front desk and all the woman said was that she was sorry.

The new construction is nice. The setup of the hotel and the breakfast area are also very nice. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, which is important because they are the face of the hotel.

Parking lot drainage needs to be addressed. Almost drove through a huge puddle with my Honda Civic. Im so glad I saw it before I turned right into it.

This hotel was undergoing construction and should not have been accepting guests during this constructionthe downstairs was a mess, the elevators filthy, the breakfast room unsatisfactory and the rooms not ready for occupancy.no place to hang clothes, no place to hang towels.
