This is my third time visiting and this time it was different, the front desk agent was regrettably high of of meth or cocaine and she was nodding and sniffing in the back . She took my my information and debit card charged it and than have a nerve to tell me I wasn’t charged after the money was taken out and pending because they hold a additional 100 dollars. I’m explaining my frustration, showed her my account transaction and she clearly see the money was taken out. She threatened to call the police knowing she took my money. If I would have left Laquinta would have taken my money . I asked to speak with a manager, which she called a person on her personal phone & claimed that the manager was coming . Which that never happened. A guy that claim he was maintenance/security came up as if I was going to hurt someone. And the woman that it’s clear that she gets high and was definitely high while working threatens to call the police. I believe they were racist & thought that they could tell me anything and if I would have left, they would of definitely took my money. I will NEVER EVER VISIT HERE AGAIN AND NOT TO MENTION THE ROOM I PAID FOR WAS NOT THE ROOM I BOOKED. Never ever again . You all are the worst hotel and instead of hiring professional sober people to run your business you really chose a obvious drug addict who steals and would have gotten away with it , if I would have just left with no answer! Drug test her but I’m pretty sure the one who hired her knows that she is in fact a drug addict. I found myself apologizing for taking up for myself after y’all took my money then said it didn’t go through. In the end after she knew what she was doing , she gave me my room key for a raggedy room and claiming she’s sorry and she was ONLY MAD BECAUSE I BLEW HER HIGH !

The fact that i was charged triple for my 4 night stay by the hotel, After I talked to the front desk multiple days about why they kept charging my card over and over. My stay was $493.12 and i was charged over $1,600 and made my account negative and also filled out a form to remove my card from their system and i was STILL charged 2 days after. I have been gone from there for 5 days now and just got charged again. I will never stay or recommend anyone staying there again. Horrible absolutely HORRIBLE front desk personnel and very incompetent staff at doing their job!

It looks like people live there. A lot of rooms under construction. I did not feel safe there. Had to call the front desk twice in a 1 night stay for noise complaints. Dog barking and burning toast .
